After Care

If your tattoo is wrapped with cling wrap or dry lock pads, remove in an hour or so. 

If your tattoo is wrapped with derm shield, clear protective sticker, leave on for 24 hours. Or as otherwise instructed by your artist.

Immediately after removing either bandage, gently wash your tattoo with warm water and a mild soap. Pat dry.

In a few days, if your tattoo becomes dry and itchy, apply a quality unscented lotion. Use sparingly when needed. 

Keep your new tattoo clean and dry. Avoiding prolonged exposure to sunlight and water. Do not soak your fresh tattoo, but do wash it daily.
